Legion Commercial Finance LLC, a Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) provider, partnered with BuzGrowth Web Ltd to build a fully operational CRM ecosystem using GoHighLevel. At the start of our engagement, they needed much more than a CRM—they needed a system designed to support long-term growth, streamline lead intake, automate nurturing, and build outbound sales capacity from day one. With this in mind, BuzGrowth deployed a mortgage-style snapshot and configured it specifically for the MCA space, setting the foundation for a custom-built solution tailored to their unique client journey.
We began by setting up two primary pipelines: Lead Management and Client Management, clearly separating prospects from active deals. Email templates were designed to handle every communication touchpoint—opt-ins, appointment confirmations, reminders, and nurturing flows. These were then integrated into automated sequences across email and SMS, including a 6-month long nurturing campaign designed to follow up with inactive or cold leads. Appointments were fully automated with booking and confirmation triggers, minimizing manual workload for the team.
BuzGrowth developed a high-converting funnel that served as a full mini-website—complete with service information, CTA buttons, opt-in forms, newsletter signup, pre-qualification survey, exit-intent popup forms, and a full appointment booking system. This was paired with a thank-you page to track conversions and retarget users. To ensure deliverability, we also configured outbound email servers and guided the client through the mandatory A2P registration process for compliant SMS messaging in the U.S.
To reinforce client reputation and build trust, we integrated a Reputation Workflow that automated Google review requests and follow-ups. Simultaneously, we set up a Web Chat AI Bot trained with prompt engineering and pre-qualification logic to identify eligible leads and schedule appointments automatically. This conversational AI now serves as a frontline tool on their website, qualifying leads 24/7 and handing off to the sales team only once the lead is verified.
Finally, we deployed a cold email campaign system from scratch. This included domain setup for three custom domains (legioncf.info, legioncf.biz, legioncf.pro), creation of 15 outbound email accounts, SMTP configuration, warming sequences, and integration with Instantly.ai. We designed cold email flows and fully connected the system to GoHighLevel, so positive replies trigger personalized follow-up actions and pipeline movement. The result was a turnkey sales system capable of both inbound nurturing and outbound prospecting—ready to scale and grow with the business.
