We began with a complete GoHighLevel SaaS configuration. This included branding the agency account, configuring SMTP, setting subaccount defaults, and creating a custom demo snapshot with reusable workflows, triggers, and forms. Stripe billing was connected to power tiered SaaS subscription plans with usage limits. We also created onboarding sequences for SaaS buyers to ensure that every customer was automatically funnelled into the right onboarding track as soon as payment was processed. Altogether, this created a replicable and scalable GoHighLevel SaaS infrastructure in under 25 hours.
For lead capture and meeting workflows, BuzGrowth implemented intelligent forms for booking calls, complete with custom fields tailored to their Ideal Client Profile. We connected Google Calendars and Zoom to automate meeting scheduling and reminders, including 24-hour and 1-hour alerts with reschedule options via email and SMS. Each meeting was tracked within GoHighLevel using custom CRM triggers, updating pipeline stages in real-time based on the contact’s journey.
We also automated internal operations to eliminate manual workload. This included proposal templates with dynamic merge fields, invoice generation after signature, and onboarding flows that triggered file creation inside ClickUp and Google Drive using Zapier. To handle marketing workflows, we developed a cold email engine, social posting system for LinkedIn and Facebook, and a webinar funnel with Zoom event automation. These assets helped Sales Lead Automation launch recurring internal campaigns and nurture leads at scale.
Finally, we delivered a range of advanced AI integrations, including Voice AI and a smart Chatbot connected to a trained knowledge base.
