When My Esthetic Travel first partnered with BuzGrowth Web LLC, their operational system was far from streamlined. We completely redesigned their funnel system, creating over eight high-converting, branded funnels tailored to their specific offers. This not only improved user experience but also helped My Esthetic Travel present a more professional image. Each funnel was connected to the appropriate calendar with real-time availability synced to individual team members’ Google Calendars. Stripe was integrated the right way, resolving all prior issues related to failed transactions. Leads can now book and pay for services directly within the funnels—without any glitches or confusion.

To enhance lead segmentation, we implemented a detailed tag-based system, allowing the team to identify where each contact stands within the sales process and which offer they’re interested in. This alone drastically improved internal visibility and lead management. We also resolved their long-standing WhatsApp integration issue by properly setting up the business profile, connecting it to GoHighLevel, and creating all the necessary templates to be used in automated workflows. WhatsApp is now fully functional and acts as an active communication channel within the lead nurturing sequence.
